How do I book a lesson?

Accepted Answer

All bookings are made online through EC Pro (parkview.ecpro.co.uk/login). You'll need to create a free account first. Once we've reviewed your account and assigned a rider grade (within 24–48 hours), you can browse and book available lessons.

Can I book by phone, email, or WhatsApp?

No — we do not accept bookings by phone, email, or WhatsApp. All bookings must be made through EC Pro.

Question 3

Do I need any experience to start?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We welcome complete beginners of all ages. Our taster and beginner sessions are designed specifically for people who have never ridden before.

Question 4

What is the minimum age for lessons?

Children can start from age 3 for lead-rein and beginner sessions. Taster sessions on Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm have a minimum age of 5.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes — our weight limit is 82kg. This is for the welfare of our horses and the safety of our riders.

Question 6

What should I wear?

You need footwear with a small heel (at least 1cm) — trainers are not suitable. Comfortable, close-fitting trousers or leggings are ideal. We have hats available to borrow.

Are you ABRS approved?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we are fully accredited by the ABRS+ (Association of British Riding Schools).

Question 8

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We have a large indoor school, so lessons go ahead in all weathers. Outdoor sessions may be moved inside if conditions are unsuitable.
