How to Book
All bookings at Parkview Riding School are made online through our booking system, EC Pro. It's free, simple, and takes just a few minutes to set up.
Important: You must create an EC Pro account before you can book.
We do not accept bookings by phone, email, or WhatsApp. All bookings must be made through EC Pro. Once you create your account, we'll review it and assign you a rider grade within 24–48 hours — then you're ready to book!
How to Create Your EC Pro Account
Visit the EC Pro website
Go to parkview.ecpro.co.uk/login and click "Register" or "Create an Account". It's completely free to sign up.
Fill in your details
Enter your name, email address, and a password. If you're booking for a child, you'll register as the parent or guardian and add your child's details.
Find Parkview Riding School
Once registered, search for "Parkview Riding School" or "Parkview Leicester" to connect your account to our school.
Wait for your rider grade (24–48 hours)
We'll review your account and assign you a rider grade based on your experience level. This helps us match you to the right lessons. You'll receive a notification once this is done.
Browse and book your lesson
Once your grade is assigned, you can browse available lessons, choose a date and time that suits you, and complete your booking online. Payment is taken securely through EC Pro.
Common booking questions
Can I book by phone or WhatsApp?
No — all bookings must be made through EC Pro. We cannot process bookings by phone, email, or WhatsApp. This ensures your booking is confirmed and payment is handled securely.
How long does account approval take?
We aim to review new accounts and assign rider grades within 24–48 hours. We'll notify you as soon as it's done.
What if I forget my EC Pro password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the EC Pro login page to reset it. If you have trouble, contact EC Pro support directly.
Can I book for my child?
Yes. Register as the parent or guardian and add your child's details when prompted. You'll manage all bookings from your account.
What if there are no available slots?
Availability is shown in real time on EC Pro. If nothing suits, check back regularly as new slots are added, or message us on WhatsApp to ask about upcoming availability.
